Architecture + Design Inc. is an award-winning architectural firm, established in 1981, to provide a complete range of design services for new construction, preservation, and adaptive reuse of structures.

We provide focused personal service to creatively coach and guide our clients through the interesting and complex design and building process. This conscious effort results in informed decision-making to conserve historic resources and addresses the country's environmental issues.

Our approach usually first includes evaluating our clients' needs to determine if an existing structure can fulfill their requirements. This is an attempt to always first utilize the embodied energy that exists before using more. Preserving an existing building for an effective new use is the sincerest form of sustainability.
